教学重点:需要学生能准确理解图和对话的内容,并重点掌握上述四个单词以及两个重点句子:“this is my computer. that is your computer.”的正确书写。
教学难点:学生看图自己填出四线格中的单词,和这几个单词以及一组句子在四线格中的正确书写。
教具准备:
1.与教材内容相关的课件、声音、图片等媒体素材。
2.教师准备相应的动物头饰。
教学过程:
(一)热身/复习(warm-up/revision)
1.学生跟录音演唱c部分的歌曲《our school》。
2.请一组学生表演a部分let’s talk的对话,复习所学的新句型。
3.引导学生复习第三册学生用书第一单元a部分的let’s learn,巩固学习六个单词并请学生用该部分的句型:what’s in the classroom? a board… 来介绍自己的教室。
(二)呈现新课 (presentation)
1.播放let’s chant b部分的歌谣,引导学生将学校场馆library, art room, canteen, gym和动词read, draw, eat, play对应起来认读。
2.教师对歌谣中的内容进行提问:“where do you read? where do you draw?”等等,学生作答后,教师继续提问:where do you play computer? 学生会比较容易地答出:in the computer room. 这时教师可出示图片说:this is a computer room.
3.师生之间对图片的内容进行简单的交际性问答后,教师展示在四线格中书写单词和句子并讲解书写规范:
句子打头单词的第一个字母要大写;
句子末尾要加标点。需要特别指出的是英语中的句号为实心点,汉语中的句号是空心小圈;
句子当中的单词间距为一个字母宽。
学生第一次接触句子书写,教师需要悉心指导仔细检查,及时指出学生书写当中的错误。
4.角色表演。学生载上头饰表演let’s talk的内容,巩固本课时的新句型。
(三)趣味操练 (practice)
1.听音判断。学生合上书本,教师取下图片。教师根据图的内容说一些句子,如:there are three computers in the room. 请学生根据记忆中图的内容判断正误。

2.播放本课的声音let’s learn a, 教读生词。教师可引入句型“it’s on the first floor.,为下一课时进一步学习序数词做铺垫。通过教师领读和听音跟读,让学生掌握本课时五个生词的正确读音。在练习library的发音时,可复习已学过的含辅音连缀的单词,如ice-cream, brother, friend, hungry。
(三)趣味操练 (practice)
1.小组比赛。教师出示一张词卡,如garden,组内学生依次说出与该词有关的其它单词,如:flowers,red,colour,trees等,这样既复习了学过的单词,也为继续学习let’s do打下基础。
2.看let’s do的图片(没有文字),让学生仔细看动作,然后跟着声音做动作。播放声音,教师指导学生做出正确的动作。然后分组进行练习,采用组与组竞赛的方式,可以是做动作猜句子并说出单词,也可以是听声音,做动作。让其他的组的学生进行评价。评价包括动作是否准确、到位、优雅等。
(四)扩展性活动(add-activities)
1.做本单元a let’s learn 部分的活动手册配套练习。
2.和同桌一起玩“画画、想想”的游戏。一名学生在纸上画一本书或一个碗,另一名学生说出library, canteen 等相关生词。
3.试一试给同伴、朋友或家长发let’s do 中的指令。
课后反思:本节课我立足新教材,选择贴近学生生活的题材,学生从最熟悉的自己的学校着手,很自然地过渡到专用室library、canteen等的.名称及其方位的学习。语言教学内容的安排应当由近及远,由大到小,由简到繁。学生学习由浅入深,循序渐进。
