如果光是摘下果实，却不用水去洗干净，强迫着自己吃下去，不但果实的味道不会好，还会使自己生病。接受现实其实就是这样的过程，因为仅仅是接受，而不采取积极的态度，会让自己被烦恼左右，会让自己的心生病，心病了，人生之河的舵手便也失去了方向，开向更远的没有彼岸的地方。因而接受现实是要在悲哀过后，收起自己的叹息，采取积极而智慧的应对态度，这便是接受现实的'最好方法。
