因为通读整本《名人传》就会发现，每一个名人都是有着自己面对困难时候的奋战的一个过程。

所以说，面对困难的态度以及应对方式还是决定一个普通人会不会成为名人的主要因素。

一般来说，面对困难的时候会有三种不同的态度。一种是积极面对，一种是一味逃避，还有一种就是不断地寻找推卸的途径。

其中，选择第一种的人成为了名人或者是英雄，选择第二种的成为了懦夫，而选择第三种途径的则是成为了真正的社会的败类。

而且，对于一个人的品质的培养是一个比较长久的过程。所以对于一般的人来说，想要让自己的人生方向朝着名人的方向发展，最重要的就是要将自己的人生态度进行摆正。

只有在日常的小事当中，让自己对于不同的环境以及面临的情况有一个正面积极的态度，久而久之，在人生的推进过程当中也就形成了一种处理事情的正确的态度以及观点。

自有红楼以来，论者多多，大都对宝黛爱情称颂有加，对宝钗小姐也偶有赞词，独对王熙凤女士视若“最毒妇人心”的典型带表，小子专喜打抱不平，且言上两句。这王熙凤实在是优点多多。

第一：孝敬长辈

象贾府这样的人家是不愁吃不愁穿的，老人也不需要儿孙端茶送水的，所以，孝敬主要的表现就是尽量让老人活得开心一点。老太太在一群儿孙中最喜欢的就是宝玉了，可宝二爷从来就没让她老人家舒心过，正经书是从来不好好念的，三天两头的要摔玉，偶而还“害人”跳跳井，您说，摊上这么个活宝，老太太能开心吗?别的姐妹，也没看见谁有空把老太太逗乐了。倒是凤姐，最能明白老太太的心意，有事没事就能把她逗笑了，凤姐是“财迷”，陪老太太玩牌时总是故意输钱，目的无非是让她开心而已。凤姐有一回过生日，她那个混帐男人居然要拿出剑来追着她砍，您说，她心里多窝火呀!可是，在老太太出面调解后，她也就不吵不闹了。所以，至少比起宝玉以及他的那几个姐妹，凤姐算很孝敬长辈的了。

第二：恪守妇道，嫉恶如仇

有一次，凤姐的公公---老流氓贾赦看上了老太太的丫环鸳鸯，可他自己又不敢说，于是托她的婆婆邢夫人找到凤姐，希望她去找老太太说。前文说过，凤姐很孝顺啊，自然不能指着贾赦的鼻子大骂：“你这个臭流氓!”可是，她又那么的嫉恶如仇，自然也不能帮他的忙啊!于是，凤姐就展开她的聪明才智，三十六计，躲为上计。最后邢夫人在老太太那碰了一鼻子灰。百善孝为先，老流氓的行为又确实让人不齿，凤姐该怎么做?能有比躲开更好的办法吗?不失孝道，不为非作歹，凤姐，难能可贵呀!

第三：友爱弟妹

有一次，宝玉和那一群姐妹们要开什么诗社，没银子，找管家婆---凤姐拿银子，按理说，荣国府的日子早就过得紧巴巴的了，凤姐不给，也说得过去啊!“再苦也不能苦孩子们”的道理凤姐还是懂得的，二话不说，银子摆上。还有一次，贾环和丫头赌钱输了赖帐，凤姐见到了，把他骂了一顿，出钱替他了帐。从这两件事可以看出，凤姐对弟弟妹妹也是很好的，这样的嫂嫂，没话说。

第四：持家有方

宁国府贾蓉之妻秦可卿去世后，尤氏有病，不能料理丧事，于是凤姐临时转会宁国府，转会期一个月。王总教练上任伊始，一顿板子打了一个老队员先立威，不这样做没人听啊!凤姐的坏名声，大概就是这样的一些事得来的吧!可是，这里有矛盾了，手狠，得罪人，手软，难治家。怎么办?没有规沮不成方圆，我先立法，依法可也，不依则罚。凤姐的行为，可与包青天相比了。(抱头，躲，没砸着)同样的不怕得罪人，同样的执法如山。这是别人病了，她代劳，比别人做得好。后来有一回她病了，嘿，她一个人的活要三个人(李纨，探春，宝钗)来干，由此可见，她持家确有一套。

凤姐的坏名声，还有一件事，那就是尤二姐之死。各位请想想，你们的那个他(她)有了另一个人，你会怎么办?哭，闹，是一般的，杀人不至于，愚意度之，杀人之心怕不止一个人会有吧!凤姐也是一个女人，自然也不例外。她视尤二姐为眼中钉，肉中刺完全可以理解，把她放到眼皮底下，对她有些虐待的行为也不算什么吧。(错的可是尤二姐呀，谁让她做二奶的)至于尤二姐自己不堪忍受吞金了，那是她自己干的呀!凤姐又没有杀人!!!
