接着,我们到了练手劲的地方,这东西可真沉的,我不止够不到,一够到,还差点把我整个人都给拖了上去。我玩玩这,玩玩那,就是挑不到一个中意的。从这我感觉到自己的毅力并不坚强,碰到一点的小麻烦,就会退缩。因此我懂得了做事一定要有毅力才行,不然,是不会有好的结果的和想要的目标的。
到了三楼,我们看到了有乒乓球,高兴得不得了,兴趣一下子就涌了上来,赶紧拿了乒乓球拍打了起来。这可是我才学了三天的体育项目,本以为他根本打不过我,可是玩了四局,居然都是她赢了。我东飞飞西飞飞,可就是接不到球,我想到了并不是爸爸的'技术太好,只是我的技术实在是太差了,要好好的练。
最后,我们来到了打拳击的地方。看到了这个项目,我本以为,这只是小菜一碟,可是,当我一打下去,它却把我弹了出去,这也让我知道了不可轻敌道理。

我是第一次去健身房,对健身房充满了好奇。因此一进宝迪健身中心,我便迫不及待地参观起来。首先映入眼帘的是几十台跑步机,整齐地排成一字型。跑步机的后面是一排踩踏车和仰卧起坐板。
它们的右边是两排阻力测试的运动器材和哑铃区。只见几个结实的叔叔正在锻炼着,看过去个个肌肉发达,想必是长期锻炼的`结果吧!器械区的后面是动感单车房。里面的一辆辆单车看起来有点像折叠车。动感单车房里充满着激烈的音乐和闪烁的灯光,教练在不断地引导学员们,而学员们在单车上挥汗如雨,不停地变换着姿势。单车房的旁边是瑜珈房。
听爸爸说,现在的女孩子都非常喜欢练瑜珈,不仅可以雕塑身材,还可以排毒养颜。从瑜珈房笔直往前五十米左右时男女更衣室,运动完后可以在更衣室里的浴室里洗个热水澡,再桑拿一下,可以消除一整天的疲劳。绕过更衣室,便可以看到几个叔叔,或坐在沙发上休息,或坐在电脑前上网,原来这里是休息区,专供会员运动完后休息所用。
再往前走,就看见一个叔叔正举着台球棒打台球,那架势可一点也不输给丁俊晖哦!台球室的对面是有氧操房。隔着厚厚的玻璃,只见老老少少,胖胖瘦瘦的女的站成了四五排,正在拼命扭动着跳肚皮舞。忽然听到“嘿嘿”的喊声,循声穿过一扇玻璃门,便可见到一个高大而结实的男人正在用力踢沙包,那力道足可以一脚把我踢飞。
参观完健身房后,我走到一台跑步机前,刚一站上去,一个帅气的教练便过来,热情地指导我如何使用跑步机,还为我打开了跑步机上的电视,于是我开始边跑步边看电视。不知不觉中,已经过去了50分钟。我也早已汗流浃背了。我气喘吁吁地从跑步机上下来,忽然感觉自己走路时有点轻飘飘的感觉。老爸说那是因为我平常缺少锻炼,一下子速度又比较快的原因。和爸爸洗完澡后感觉特别轻松。因此,我决定以后每周五、六两个晚上都会跟着老爸去健身。
